Stunning sunsets and great staff, but adult pool chair reservation felt annoying.

This place suits me perfectly with its beach access, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my bags, and Mario's poolside service was unforgettable. I’m coming back for Christmas.

missingWrote a review on Nov 17serenity poollimited beach seating
The ocean front room offered breathtaking views, especially during sunset, enhancing the overall experience. The amenities, including the well-maintained gym and beautiful adult serenity pool, added to the appeal. However, the beach experience felt limited, with not enough seating for guests. Additionally, the bathroom was quite cramped without a minibar, and the room's design seemed somewhat boxy.

The property has beautiful grounds and refreshing pools, making it a great spot for relaxation. However, the noise from the corridors and the lack of available seating by the pools were disappointing. Service could also be improved, as some staff interactions felt less welcoming. Overall, it's a good choice for families looking for fun but be prepared for some inconveniences.

Had an amazing time with friends at this beautiful resort! The pools were fantastic, especially the NALU pool with its thrilling waterslides. We loved exploring engaging activities like paddle boarding and relaxed at the beach. Don’t forget to indulge in local treats like poke bowls and shaved ice! Overall, a perfect getaway for our group.
One downside was the somewhat impersonal service. It felt like they were overwhelmed at times, especially during busy hours at the front desk.

We had an incredible stay, especially with the help of Judy during our check-in. She laid out all the elite benefits for us and even got us upgraded to the best room available. The beach path at the resort? Breathtaking views every day, we even spotted whales! My daughter loved running on the lawn areas, perfect for kids.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for the experience we had.

Had an amazing time with friends at this beautiful resort! The Nalu pool was perfect for family fun with epic waterslides, and we loved paddle boarding right from the beach. The ocean views from our room were breathtaking, and the staff was super friendly. Just be prepared for some added fees upon check-in.
We had an issue with the AC in our initial room, which took way too long to get sorted out. It was really frustrating to deal with while trying to enjoy our vacation.

We had a fantastic family getaway at the Wailea Beach Resort. The main pool was perfect for the kids, with fun slides and plenty of space to splash around. Plus, the resort's proximity to the beach made it easy for us to explore the ocean. The staff was great in getting us set up for the Luau, which was the highlight of our trip, just like it was for another visitor! We loved every minute of our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, dining options should be more family-friendly and not so pricey.
